The Strand Collective

At The Strand Collective we request a minimum 48 hours notice for any cancellation, rescheduling, or change of service. Without proper notice there may be a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. Any “No Show” to a scheduled appointment will be charged a fee of 100% of the service scheduled. A “No Show” is anyone that does not come to the scheduled service on time (up to 15 min late) or cancels with less than 30 min notice. Thank you for your continued support and understanding.
